Rent anything from generators to construction equipment.
At Premier Equipment we can help you match the right rental equipment to your specific project. Our equipment is low hour, well maintained, reliable and works the first time. Our rental fleet contains brand names that you can depend on for consistent performance.
Clean, well maintained equipment. We take care of our rental equipment, so it's in top condition for you any time you need extra help on a job. Equipment inspections are performed regularly, and maintenance is completed at intervals recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Repairs are always dealt with promptly, so you'll never be inconvevienced by unexpected downtime when you rent from Premier Equipment.
Recent models
Our equipment fleet is routinely updated. We rotate out older models, sell them in our used equipment fleet and replace them with new equipment. Renting from Premier Equipment is the perfect opportunity to try out a model you're thinking of purchasing.
Delivered to your jobsite
We can deliver any equipment you need right to your jobsite, along with your supplies. Or, if you'd rather, you can pick up your equipment at our location at 2904 Gateway Drive, Grand Forks, ND 58203.
You can depend on Premier Equipment to help you complete your jobs on time.
Terms of Rental
Rentals are to be paid in advance unless credit has been previously established. Terms are net 30 and 1.5% on past due invoices. Rentals are based on a 24 hour day. Equipment with hour meters are based on 8 hours use within 24 hours. Weekly rentals are based on 5 working days and 40 hours on the meter. Monthly rentals are 28 days and 176 hours use on the hour meter.
Delivery Rates
Rates vary depending on location and equipment size. Please call for a quote. Trucking flat rate is $125.00 per hour.

If you have a problem with the equipment, please call us immediately and we'll quickly correct the problem. If you don't call, we can't help you!
Quick Tips!
- Rental charges are for time out, not time used.
- You're responsible for fuel used.
- You're responsible for flat tires.
